Cal 52 rim fire. serial number 1463 with a 22" barrel. Blade front sight. Dual leaf folding rear sight. Last patent date is June 24th, 1862. Walnut stock with saddle bar and ring on left side. Left side of stock has two strong inspector's cartouches. Nothing to apologize for on this example.

Nice untouched condition. Stock shows scattered dings and handling wear. Metal is a dull gray oxidized patina. Good bore with some scattered pitting. Retains strong rifling.
