User Agreement

Welcome to Carolina Collectors User Agreement.

The terms and conditions applicable to your use of services provided by Carolina Collectors are described below. This Agreement may be amended, changed, or information added or deleted without notification to you.  Any changes made to these terms will be posted on the Carolina Collectors web site and will become effective thirty (30) days from the initial posting.  This agreement was last revised on September 2000.

Restrictions

Because of the possible hazardous nature of some of the military relics offered for sale through Carolina Collectors, we must restrict any purchases to customers who are 18 years old or older.  Any person who is less than 18 years old must have the express written permission of a parent or guardian before making any transactions.

Payment and Shipping Arrangements

After you have placed an order you will be contacted, via e-mail, with a confirmation.  Please remember that I travel to many Civil War relic shows during the year and, as a result, there may be a delay of several days on occasion.  Please allow a reasonable time to expire before contacting me again.

Privacy Policy

Any information obtained by Carolina Collectors as a result of your shopping account will be restricted to statistical purposes only.  No personal information will be gathered or released by Carolina Collectors. 

Copyright Policy

The information presented through Carolina Collectors is protected by our Copyright Policy.  In accordance with this policy, you agree not to copy, reproduce, alter, or publicly display any descriptions, images, or other content without the expressed written permission of Carolina Collectors.

Warranties and Liabilities

A statement of warranties and liabilities for Carolina Collectors is incorporated in our Copyright Policy.  No other warranties or liabilities are expressed or implied, except those stated on this page.

Indemnity

By using this site you agree to indemnify and hold Carolina Collectors, our affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees harmless from any demands or claims.  This includes reasonable attorney’s fees made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of this Agreement or the documents it incorporates by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

Links To Other Sites

Although Carolina Collectors may provide links to other related sites, we have no control over, nor do we endorse, these Internet sites.  You agree that Carolina Collectors is not responsible for, nor will be held liable for, any content, advertising, products, or other materials presented by linked sites.  Carolina Collectors also is not liable for any damages or loss suffered by you in association with the purchase of any products from the link sites.

Legal Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable laws, statutes, ordinances, and regulations, which might be applicable to your use of services, provided by Carolina Collectors and your purchase and sale of items.

Notice

Any notices to Carolina Collectors shall be sent to Rick Burton at Carolina Collectors.  The e-mail address is info@ccrelics.com  Any notices made to you will be sent c/o your e-mail or postal address provided by you during the registration process.  Unless we are notified that your e-mail address is invalid, all notices shall be deemed given 24 hours after the e-mail is sent.

General Information

This User Agreement policy is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina and constitutes the entire agreement between you and Carolina Collectors and governs your use of our service. You may also be subject to additional terms and/or conditions that may apply when you use any affiliate services. Headings of the sections of this agreement are only for references and in no way define, limits, or describes the scope of any section. The operation of our site may be interfered with by factors outside our control and we cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or secure access to our services.  Under the applicable laws of the State of North Carolina, any provision of this Agreement held to be invalid or unenforceable shall be struck and any remaining provisions will be enforced.  You agree that any claim or cause of action arising out of, or related to, use of this service must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or you will forever forfeit such claim.
